A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20262027 school year, serving students in grades K12 at a school in Cleveland, OH. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the communication skills and overall development of pediatric students across early childhood and elementary settings. Caseloads vary according to experience and preference, ranging from moderate to profound needs, allowing flexibility to tailor your professional growth. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress. Document sessions and maintain detailed records complying with school and therapy regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to effective intervention strategies. Qualifications: Valid SLP certification with experience in pediatric speech-language therapy. Specialized skills in early childhood and elementary school populations. Ability to manage varied caseloads with moderate to profound speech and language needs.
