Job Description Rubber Mill Worker - Chardon, OH Champion Personnel is hiring Rubber Mill Workers for a manufacturing company in Chardon, Ohio. This is a temporary-to-hire position (60 days) with the opportunity to be hired into the union after the probationary period.
