Specialty: General Dentistry Start Date: 4/27/2026 End Date: 5/29/2026 # of Days: 20 Weekly Schedule: Mon 9-5, tue 9-6, thur 7-4, fri 8-4 Work Details: • # of Support staff: 4 • Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics • EMR: Dentrix Cases/Procedures: • Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration. • Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required. • Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing. • Additional notes: Can keep endo, extractions in house. Implant placment is a plus. Need experienced Dr. possible extension as office is hiring a new perm doctor. Requirements: • Board Certification: Not required for Dentists • State license required: Yes • DEA: Not required but preferred • Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state) • Certifications required: BLS Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Must get a new TB test
