Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor crews, and field personnel. Enforce project schedules and sequencing to meet milestones and deadlines. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Maintain a safe jobsite by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular inspections. Track daily progress, resolve field issues, and document site activities. Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure timely approvals. Communicate effectively with project managers to align field execution with project goals.
