Description We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Line Cooks who can follow all company specifications and procedures to ensure the highest quality food is served. This includes following and implementing all food safety procedures and logs, as well as adhering to food rotation and re-stocking protocols. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Fully comply with all company specifications and procedures Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain accurate logs Implement efficient food rotation and re-stocking practices Maintain and operate the dish machine Ensure thorough set-up and close-down procedures during shifts Promote a collaborative work environment through effective communication and teamwork Responsible for utilizing checklists to guarantee proper set-up and close-down procedures during each shift.
