If you're looking for a role where you:Maintain operationsAvoid pressureFocus more on meetings than results This is not the role for you. We are building a serious outpatient behavioral health organization (SUD + Mental Health). We need a leader who wants to own growth, drive performance, and build something meaningful. What You're Actually Signing Up For You are not coming in to "oversee." You are coming in to:Drive admissions and census growthBuild a team that performs — not just shows upFix broken systems (intake, no-shows, workflows)Create real referral pipelines (not passive relationships)Own operations, accountability, and resultsTake the organization from where it is → where it should be This is a hands-on leadership role . You will be in the business — not watching it from a distance. What Success Looks Like Within the first 3-6 months:Admissions become consistent and trackableReferral sources are active and producingStaff are accountable and alignedOperations are tighter, faster, and more effectiveThe program is growing — not hoping to grow You should be able to point to results and say: "I built that." What You'll OwnFull operational leadership (clinical + admin + growth)Census growth across PHP / IOP / OP servicesTeam building, leadership, and accountabilityReferral development (hospitals, detox, community partners)Compliance (Medicaid, CARF, etc.) — without slowing growthBudget, performance metrics, and overall P&L direction Who This Is For (A-Player Profile)You have personally driven growth in a behavioral health or healthcare settingYou understand both:Clinical operationsBusiness / revenue sideYou are comfortable being measured on numbers and outcomesYou move fast, solve problems, and take ownershipYou can lead people — and hold them accountable when needed Who This Is NOT ForYou've only maintained programs (never grown one)You avoid accountability or performance metricsYou need constant directionYou're not comfortable being responsible for results Requirements (What Actually Matters)5+ years leadership in behavioral health / SUD / healthcareStrong understanding of Medicaid, managed care, and outpatient operationsProven track record of growth, turnaround, or scaleAbility to lead teams and drive performance (Clinical license is a plus — not a substitute for operational ability) CompensationCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonuses tied directly to growth and resultsSignificant upside for the right operator Location Columbus, Ohio (on-site leadership required) How to Apply (Important) Do not send a generic application.
