Procore is the System of Record for the built world. We are now embarking on a generational shift to transform this record into a System of Intelligence and Collaboration. By weaving AI into the fabric of the construction lifecycle, we are accelerating the delivery of the infrastructure that sustains our communities. As the Sr. Director of Product Marketing for Procore AI, you will lead the strategic positioning and market-shaping for our Agentic AI initiatives as a part of the Datagrid division. You will define how autonomous agents move beyond simple reactive interfaces to drive proactive intelligence and collaboration-solving the industry's greatest challenges in labor, safety, and predictability at the speed of the AI revolution. Key Strategic Initiatives: From Static Data to Agentic Intelligence: Drive the evolution from legacy data entry to proactive "Agents." You will articulate the value of AI that doesn't just surface information but autonomously executes workflows-such as automating submittals and coordinating complex site logistics. The "System of Intelligence" Narrative: Position Procore as the cognitive engine of construction. You will create messaging that explains how Datagrid turns raw data into collaborative intelligence, reducing the "dead time" between a field observation and a decisive action. High-Velocity Launch Orchestration: Build a launch engine designed for continuous innovation. You will ensure our global organization can digest and pitch rapid-fire AI updates while maintaining a cohesive, long-term enterprise vision. Enterprise-Grade Adoption: Bridge the gap between "cutting-edge" and "compliant." You will design the frameworks that allow risk-averse enterprise customers to safely adopt agentic innovations, focusing on trust, grounding, and verifiable ROI. Core Responsibilities: Field & Market Activation: Messaging & Positioning Sovereignty: Define and own the "Agentic Construction" category. You will translate complex agentic architectures into high-impact narratives that establish Procore as the leader in applied AI. Sales & Channel Mobilization: Lead the creation of high-velocity enablement playbooks. You will ensure thousands of global sellers and channel partners are equipped with the technical fluency, objection handling, and demo-storytelling required to sell "Intelligence-as-a-Service" to C-level stakeholders. Cross-Functional Marketing Activation: Act as the primary architect for our global marketing engine. You will partner with Demand Gen, Content, and Field Marketing to ensure AI-first campaigns are technically accurate, vertically relevant, and optimized for high-conversion enterprise engagement. Verticalized Value Propositions: Develop "Day 1" messaging for General Contractors, Owners, and Specialty Contractors, ensuring our AI solutions address the unique physics of their specific workflows with zero-lag between development and market. Commercial Strategy & Packaging: Partner with Product and Finance to design flexible pricing models that reflect the high-value outcomes of agentic automation as systems take on increasingly complex autonomous tasks. The Ideal Profile: Frontier AI Expertise: Technical obsession with the Agentic Revolution. You are fluent in LLMs, RAG, and autonomous reasoning, with the ability to bridge the gap between AI research and hardened enterprise-grade agents. High-Velocity Leadership: Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing, global PMM teams in "move-fast" environments. You thrive on ambiguity and rapid iteration. Large-Scale Activation: Extensive experience aligning a massive field sales force and a global marketing engine around a unified, fast-moving AI narrative. You know how to drive adoption across diverse, matrixed regions. Scale & Pivot Experience: 15+ years of PMM leadership, with specific experience leading a major platform shift within a high-growth, global technology company. Additional Information Base Pay Range: 253,000.00 - 347,875.00 USD Annual This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates: Procore will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act. A criminal history may have a direct, adverse, and negative relationship on the following job duties, potentially resulting in the withdrawal of the conditional offer of employment: 1. appropriately managing, accessing, and handling confidential information including proprietary and trade secret information, as well as accessing Procore's information technology systems and platforms; 2. interacting with and occasionally having unsupervised contact with internal/external customers, stakeholders, and/or colleagues; and 3. exercising sound judgment.
