Associate Property Manager

Title: Associate Property Manager Location: Portland, OR Pay Rate: $26-$32/hr If you've managed single-family homes and are ready for a role with more ownership and less back-and-forth, this is your opportunity. As an Associate Property Manager, you'll operate with a smaller, more manageable portfolio while handling both the Property Manager and Assistant responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay in the industry but simplify their workload, reduce handoffs, and take full control of their properties from start to finish. You won't be stuck waiting on approvals or bouncing between roles. You'll own your portfolio and run it.
