Manufacturing Production Manager Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced manufacturing production manager for an individual site to support the secure power modular data center business. This position plays a key role in manufacturing modular data centers by overseeing the entire production process. The production manager leads the production team and ensures smooth operations from start to finish. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring product quality and safety, managing inventory levels, and meeting production deadlines. The production manager also works closely with other departments such as engineering, quality, and materials to ensure efficient and effective production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively, excellent problem-solving capabilities, a solid understanding of production processes and equipment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The individual in this position leads and manages the manufacturing team to deliver an integrated package scope of work, including prefab enclosures, e-houses, skids with electrical distribution, automation control systems, HVAC or cooling, fire and gas systems, and additional customer features and services. What will you do? Oversee the production process from start to finish Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines Manage a team of production supervisors and workers Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency Identify and resolve production-related problems promptly Ensure the final product meets customer expectations Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Ensure adequate staffing Maintain accurate records of production data and costs Key performance indicators: EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Quality On-time delivery performance Productivity and efficiency What qualifications will make you successful? 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operational excellence 5+ years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment Understanding of systems integration, wiring connections, and control systems is a plus Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and electrical enclosure integration is a plus Education: BS degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a manufacturing-related discipline preferred Master's degree is a plus Let us learn about you!
