Reason for Coverage: Full time APP will be on 12 weeks of medical leave Practice Setting: Inpatient, daily rounding, new consults & admits Average Number of Patients Per Day: 6-12 Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 adult APP will not be working autonomously Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Trauma attending surgeon assigned to each 24 hour shift, typically take call from home, but available within 15 minutes or via phone call.
