If a Warehouse Associate role sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to: Inventory & Workflow Management: Coordinate the daily issuance and receiving of raw materials and chemicals to manufacturing areas; manage Kanban min/max levels to ensure production continuity and inventory accuracy. Compliance & Documentation: Perform receiving functions by verifying packing slips against specifications and QA stamps; maintain accurate data files and records to reduce material loss and ensure cGMP and OSHA compliance. Facility Audits & Training: Conduct regular facility and equipment audits (including fork truck checklists); provide operational training on inventory systems, safety protocols, and forklift testing. Continuous Improvement: Participate in departmental huddles and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety. Candidates for Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Materials Management experience (or 3 years in related roles such as Manufacturing Specialist or Material Handler with increasing responsibility). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software applications; ability to operate electric walkers, overhead pallet trucks, and mechanical stretch wrappers. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and resolve issues constructively. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push up to 150 lbs, and work in a warehouse environment that may involve exposure to hazardous chemicals/fumes.
