Warehouse Assembler

Warehouse Assembly Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly (Kitter) / Packaging Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling kits for production and preparing finished goods for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using both manual and automated equipment, and maintaining accuracy in inventory and packaging processes. Key Responsibilities: Assemble kits for production, both manually and using automated kitting equipment Package completed products for shipment according to specifications Measure and construct boxes based on kit dimensions Utilize manual and/or automated machinery to meet production goals Accurately count components and verify quantities Perform inventory transactions, including inputting materials and lot numbers into the ERP system Follow work orders and ensure all jobs are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Quality check each part of a kit and ensure that everything is up to standard Qualifications: Ability to stand and work on feet for 8+ hours per day Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and comfort working with technology Ability to understand and manage inventory processes Strong counting and basic math skills Dependable with excellent attendance Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in light assembly Experience with packaging and preparing products for shipment Why Peoplelink?
