JOB #1: Maintenance Mechanic We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and problem solving. In this role, you'll work on: Pumps, hydraulics, and plumbing systems Motors, conveyors, and rotating equipment General plant mechanical systems You'll be actively troubleshooting and repairing equipment while supporting electricians and controls technicians as needed. Opportunity to grow into electrical or advanced maintenance roles over time Bonus skills: Welding or fabrication Machining (mills, lathes, etc.) JOB #2: Maintenance Electrician We're looking for a skilled industrial electrician who enjoys troubleshooting and working on a variety of electrical systems. In this role, you'll work on: Low voltage controls up to 480V 3-phase systems Motors, drives, conveyors, and plant equipment Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence using a multimeter are critical. Opportunity to build experience with PLCs and automation systems Bonus skills: PLC / HMI exposure Allen Bradley systems Job #3: Maintenance Controls Technician We're looking for a controls technician with a passion for automation and advanced troubleshooting. In this role, you'll work on: PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems Allen Bradley (Studio 5000) platforms Drives and Fanuc robotics You'll use a laptop to troubleshoot issues, make program edits, and support continuous improvement efforts, partnering closely with engineering.
