Maintenance Director

Maintenance Director $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!! Pomeroy Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to lead facilities operations at our senior living community in Sterling Heights Michigan . This is not an entry level maintenance role. We are looking for someone who has Director or Department Head experience and knows how to run a building, lead a team, and keep everything operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Oversee all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety and equipment Run preventative maintenance programs and keep the building survey ready Manage vendors, contractors and building projects Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulatory standards Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies when needed Manage department budgets and control maintenance costs #PM25 What We're Looking For Previous Maintenance Director or Facilities Director experience is required Minimum 2 years facilities or building maintenance experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems Proven leadership experience Experience in healthcare, senior living, or large residential buildings preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills What We Offer $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Competitive salary Paid Time Off starting day one Paid holidays Access up to 50% of your earned pay daily Medical, dental and vision insurance Company paid life insurance 401(k) retirement plan At Pomeroy Living, the Maintenance Director plays a critical role in making sure our residents live in a safe, comfortable, and well cared for community.
