As a Network Engineer, you will help ensure secure and reliable network operations, supporting programs that directly impact families, individuals, and communities in need. What you will do Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless systems, and firewalls Support daily network operations and monitoring Resolve Level 1–2 issues and assist with escalations Help with network cabling, upgrades, and new installations Maintain and improve network documentation Collaborate with senior engineers on network security and infrastructure improvements What the agency is looking for CCNA certification (required) 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, wireless systems, and VoIP Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly Strong customer-service orientation Ability to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment Nice to have Aruba, Cisco, or ClearPass experience ServiceNow familiarity Exposure to multi-site nonprofit or social services environments Additional security or networking certifications Schedule & Term On-site in Baltimore 3 days Rotating on-call responsibilities Occasional off-hours work for maintenance or incident response #CFSMAR2026 #INAPR2026 #CBMAR2026 #ZRCFSTECH #LI-MH3
