Job Description To complete work orders and general apartment repairs To troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Type II or Universal required) To assist with unit turns and make-ready tasks To perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs To maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas Required Qualifications Apartment maintenance experience EPA Type II or Universal certification Ability to use hand and power tools (personal tools required) Knowledge of common apartment maintenance repairs Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $21/hr Contract to hire Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave as applicable per state/local law Referral bonuses #ZIPS BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
