Accounts payable specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team in Shelton. You will be responsible for 3 way match AP processing, vendor relations, perform month-end accruals and other duties as assigned. Experience in an ERP system and effective oral and written communication skills. salary: $23 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents Maintain vendor records, review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner Execute payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer, ensuring adherence to payment terms Investigate and resolve issues related to accounts payable, including vendor and internal inquiries Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals Skills Accounts Payable invoice processing General Ledger (GL) coding 3-Way Matching Payment Cycles Vendor Relations Month-End Support Compliance NetSuite SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Qualifications Years of experience: 5 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
