The facility maintains Level 2 trauma capabilities and provides a wide range of surgical services with state-of-the-art equipment and professional support.Opportunity:Advanced Practice (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Job Details:• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neurosurgical, thoracic, and obstetrical cases• Administer general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients• Perform spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia procedures• Handle complex cases including neurosurgical procedures (head and spine), thoracic cases, and complex vascular procedures• Manage pain management techniques including post-operative epidural and extremity blocks• Perform transforaminal procedures for both lumbar and cervical cases• Provide ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/blood pressure issues• Central line and PA catheter placement capabilities required• CRNA supervision responsibilities• Board certification required with ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications• Must maintain active Virginia nursing license• 90-day credentialing timeframe• Preferred hotel accommodations availableCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
