Job Description

Manufacturing Supervisor Supervise manufacturing operations in an assigned work area to ensure production requirements are met. Direct, coordinate, and control daily activities of 1535 employees. Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work environments. Oversee employee relations, training, and compliance with company policies. Prepare and review production reports, monitor scrap, and investigate variances. Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment. Support continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and equipment. Assign and monitor daily work to meet production goals. Facilitate team operations and encourage employee input for improvements. Audit and review standard work practices for effectiveness. Coach employees consistently in line with plant goals and collective bargaining agreements. Use HR and timekeeping systems for accurate labor tracking. Administer and enforce safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards. Train employees to perform assignments safely and efficiently. Required bachelor's degree (engineering, business, operations, or related field preferred). Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and required overtime. Computer and inventory management experience. Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment. Capability to perform moderate to heavy lifting in a physically demanding environment.
