Our client in the financial technology industry is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team! Location: St. Louis, MO (3 days onsite, 2 days of remote work each week) Pay: $65-$72/hour W2 Here is what you will be doing: Lead the entire project lifecycle from initial scope definition through final implementation, ensuring all deliverables arrive on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Develop comprehensive project plans and drive milestones using formal project management methodologies and tools. Identify, coordinate, and manage project resources and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for status updates and project health. Lead the design and implementation of highly complex strategic initiatives, presenting solutions that maximize profitability and client satisfaction. Govern the risk management process by identifying dependencies, developing mitigation plans, and facilitating the escalation of issues that block delivery. Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the project, including the management of all communication plans, training, and documentation. Lead budget discussions and align short and long-term delivery strategies with internal and external business goals. Here is what our ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management. Proven track record of managing complex initiatives within highly regulated environments, including experience with compliance-driven work. Demonstrated experience working on AI-driven projects or AI-implementation and integration initiatives. Technical proficiency with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or MS Azure, along with experience in data-driven project management.
