Required Skills: Valid PTA license/certification in the state of Maryland Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols and procedures Nice to Have Skills: Experience in outpatient settings preferred Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Familiarity with pediatric or geriatric patient care Preferred Education and Experience: Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Previous clinical experience, though new grads are considered Prior experience working with a diverse patient demographic is advantageous Other Requirements: Willingness to float between clinics as needed Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours Productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily Confirmed ability to manage double-booked follow-up visits OT hours must be approved by management beforehand Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable Earn competitive pay at $38.19 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, referral bonuses, and 24/7 support from our dedicated team.
