Payroll Clerk We're partnering with a well-established industrial services company in Sugar Land, Texas for a Payroll Clerk that continues to grow and evolve across its global operations. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are adding a Payroll Clerk to support their payroll team and help ensure accurate and timely processing for a large employee base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys payroll processing and detail-oriented work. What You'll Do As a Payroll Clerk: Process, review and verify timesheets for accuracy and completeness Manage all incoming request from payroll helpdesk inbox Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain employee payroll records and ensue data integrity Assist with onboarding and offboarding payroll changes Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and time reporting Support payroll audits and compliance with company policies and regulations Assist with payroll projects and reporting as needed by payroll team What We're Looking For: 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and compliance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems (ADP or similar preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality A team player with a proactive and dependable work style Why This Role?
