Customer service representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team at Rich's during an exciting period of process transition. This isn't your typical "call center" role-it is a high-impact, logistics-focused position where you will manage the lifecycle of an order from validation to delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love "connecting the dots" between warehouses, carriers, and customers, we want to hear from you. Candidate Profile Experience: 2-4 years of business experience. A background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Order Management is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Windows. SAP experience is a significant advantage and will be prioritized. Soft Skills: Critical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously under pressure. salary: $22 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Order Lifecycle Management: Validate incoming orders to ensure all requirements are met for successful shipping. Logistics Coordination: Proactively follow up on orders, schedule delivery appointments, and ensure 100% order fulfillment. Problem Resolution: Investigate discrepancies (missing cases, delivery delays) by collaborating directly with warehouses and carriers to find the root cause. Professional Communication: Manage a high volume of email correspondence with customers and buyers (minimal phone work) while maintaining a high level of service. Inventory Oversight: Monitor system inventory to validate order feasibility and prevent fulfillment gaps.
