Assembler

Assembler Wage: $20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday Assembler Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: - Assemble IntelliRupters at designated workstations (units approximately 9 x 4 x 4) - Identify, transport, install, mount, and bolt switch components ranging from 5 pounds to over 50 pounds (without equipment assistance) - Use judgment to assemble components and make simple mechanical adjustments as needed - Perform mechanical inspections using torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures - Operate basic material-handling equipment, hand tools, power tools, simple gauges, and instruments - Operate overhead cranes as required Assembler Requirements: - Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly operations - Ability to use basic shop math skills and measuring tools such as tape measures - Ability to operate air impact tools and other hand-held tools - Ability to read and follow assembly prints, procedures, and specific work instructions - Mechanical assembly experience preferred IND138 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
