Sales Associate – Manchester ZX and San Luis Fenton ZX (Missouri)J.D. Streett & Company, Inc. is a family-owned convenience store company seeking self-motivated, energetic Sales Associates to join our team at our Manchester ZX and San Luis Fenton ZX locations.Our stores are located throughout Missouri and Illinois and offer customers top-selling brand-name products, quality fuel, and fast, friendly service. Operating under the ZX® and Marathon brands, we are known for our competitive gas prices, strong customer service, and convenient “one-stop” shopping experience.From fresh food and beverages to automotive supplies and general merchandise, our stores provide customers with everything they need under one roof.Sales Associates play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining efficient store operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and value teamwork and reliability.Essential Responsibilities: Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently Manage shelves, coolers, and inventory Complete daily bookkeeping tasks Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance, including parking lot Follow company procedures and safety standards Complete required Sales Associate training Job Requirements: Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to use a calculator, computer, telephone, and other standard equipment High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Reliable transportation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to clean store interior and exterior areas Ability to stock shelves and coolers, including lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening What We Offer: Paid Time Off 401(k) retirement plan available after 60 days Part-Time Position with Flexible Scheduling Weekly Pay Extensive Training Program Opportunities for Advancement EOE/M/F/V/D/AA
