LHH is partnering with an organization close to the Bothell, WA area that is searching for a temporary to hire Accounts Payable Specialist. You will be handling invoice coding and processing, reconciliations, and paying vendors. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of AP experience and have professional communication skills. You will be working with both internal and external customers and need to be comfortable reaching out to others. This team is collaborative so you will be cross trained in other functions and be expected to help when needed. Responsibilities: Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed. Communicate professionally with internal departments and external vendors to address inquiries and payment issues. Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare reports related to accounts payable. Support the team with other accounting tasks such as processing payments or preparing journal entries. Qualifications: Minimum of three years' accounts payable experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of invoice processing, coding, and reconciliation procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors. Employment Details: Temporary to hire. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
