We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate , you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, packing picking and shipping orders. Ensure that the product is free from damage and assure that the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications or other You will work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Shift: Monday through Saturday availability needed Shift Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm Possible overtime is available 40 hour per week commitment Pay Rate: $16.00/hour depending on shift Benefits & Perks: Weekly paychecks Benefits from day one - Medical, dental and vision, including Telemedicine! 5 Medical plans to choose from (Medical plan with the option of a prescription plan) Group Term Life Insurance for employee, spouse, children Short Term Disability Coverage Prescription Discount Card Program for those enrolled in medical benefits Access to our Employee Assistance Program Career growth opportunities and skill development Potential to join our 401K program Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Loading / unloading shipments Check, document, and report any damages and discrepancies against cargo manifest Confirm all cargo documents Generate a damage report for any damages Receive, count and sort shipments Stage and palletize shipments Measure and weigh shipments Manually shrink wrap pallets Accurately picking, pulling and packing distribution orders Make sure all cargo, security and safety rules are observed and followed Assist with general housekeeping of the warehouse Immediately inform management of service failures or problems that need to be addressed with client directly Other assignments given by Lead or Manager depending on the needs of the department, your performance and capabilities Other assignments given by Lead or Manager depending on the needs of the department, your performance and capabilities Willingness to work 8-10 hour rotating shift schedule if needed Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment Lift up to 49 pounds Push utility cards up to 60 pounds Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work safely Dress Code: CASUAL Warehouse Attire Protective shoes: not required Interested?
