Job Description Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Grinder Machine Operator positions in Greeneville, TN. Perks and Benefits: $16-17.25 / Hour Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Job Duties for Grinder Machine Operator position: Safely feed scrap pipe (sticks or coils) into grinders and segregate by resin type Operate grinders, shredders, and forklifts safely Maintain a clean, organized work area around grinders and related equipment Label and store pelletized materials in marked gaylords or totes with resin type, weight, date, and grinder ID Stage and arrange gaylords for clear label visibility Clean grinder pits and surrounding areas weekly or as needed Use hands and arms to handle pipe, materials, and supplies Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Other duties as needed Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Grinder Machine Operator position: High school diploma or equivalent Prior related work experience preferred Wear PPE as required (such as safety glasses, footwear, gloves, long pants, hearing protection, etc.) Must be able to read and write Possess organizational skills and keen attention to detail Ability to promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and loud environments Ability to operate a forklift Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; occasionally lift up to 80 and stack or lift coils up to 6ft Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
