Technical Project Manager - Test Manager Seattle, WA | 8+ years of experience Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile planning and tracking. • Have experience in executing SAFE & Scrum Agile methodologies • A good understanding of integration technologies. • Understanding for java and integration related technologies • Publish burn down charts, bug reports and escalation if needed • Experience in test planning, tracking and fixing for Integration area • Strong project & product management skills, in developing product development plans, goals, and estimations, identifying resources needed, establishing schedules and methods for measuring results and managing all phases of the project, product backlog management, product backlog strategy creation, • Good Communication and Negotiation Skills • Good communication and stakeholder & team management skills • Ability to adapt to the different agile team’s dynamics/skill levels • Lead the team to ensure changes before release to Business for acceptance • Analyze the issue to understand and work with team and user to advise for resolving • Support Scalability activities • Track stakeholders • Track testing plan and execution • Create dashboard • Resolve blocker • Highlight Risk/Issue with Release • Drive to mitigate and deliver as per schedule. Roles & Responsibilities • Work closely with technical different teams to define solutions, focusing on reuse and industry standards, and best use of technology. • Leading and guiding technical teams, assigning tasks, providing support, and enabling resolution of technical issues. • Should have familiarity with IT infrastructure, applications and service level measures. • Communicating project progress, status, and risks to stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and clients. • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and developing contingency plans.
