Siemens MES & MOM Platform Engineer / Specialist

InESS is hiring for both onsite and offshore locations (US & India) for the below role: Experience: 3–8+ Years Duration: 6+ Months to a year (in US) & Full time with InESS India (For Offshore hiring) Job Summary We are seeking a Siemens MES & Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Specialist to design, implement, and support Siemens Opcenter solutions.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.This role supports digital manufacturing initiatives by connecting IT, Engineering, Quality, and Shop Floor Operations to enable efficient production execution, traceability, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design, configuration, deployment, and rollout of Siemens Opcenter Execution solutions.Implement digital workflows for production execution, material traceability, genealogy, and electronic work instructions (eWI).Integrate MES/MOM with ERP (SAP), PLM, SCADA, and PLC systems.Create and maintain URS, FRS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation supporting GxP and ISO compliance.Collaborate with Lean, Quality, and Operations teams to standardize manufacturing processes.Provide Level 2/3 application support, troubleshooting production issues and system performance.Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution (Discrete, Process, or Medical Device).Experience with Opcenter Quality, Intelligence, or APS is preferred.Strong understanding of OPC UA, MQTT, and shop-floor connectivity.Proficiency in SQL Server, database design, and stored procedures.Solid understanding of ISA-95 and ISA-88 manufacturing standards.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.Preferred Skills Siemens Opcenter certification.Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Electronics).Knowledge of Mendix or C#/.NET for MES customization and extensions. xevrcycExposure to global or multi-site MES deployments.
