Were hiring a Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations for a large, fast?paced organization. This is a long?term contract role, ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, deadlines, and hands?on payroll processing. Location: New York, NY (Onsite 5 days/week) Duration: 7-12 months of contract Pay Rate: $40 to $45/hr on w2 What Youll Do Process end?to?end payroll for union and non?union employees across multiple states Handle payroll adjustments, data entry, audits, and reconciliations Support system testing and payroll projects Manage employee garnishments and ensure compliance Respond to employee payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Create ad?hoc payroll reports using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) What Were Looking For 3+ years of payroll experience in a large company environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Intermediate Excel skills Understanding of HR policies and how they impact payroll Ability to handle confidential information Strong communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Comfortable working in a fast?paced, onsite environment Nice to Have Experience with SAP Payroll / SAP ECP or another major HCM system Union payroll experience Why Apply?
