Client Services Associate

You will drive excellence across the institutional and private client operations. You will act as the key link between internal investment teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all transactions and reports are executed with total accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage external communications and investigate solutions for institutional and private client inquiries. Coordinate brokerage transactions and wire transfers while reviewing the accuracy of investment documentation. Sign off on monthly "flash" reports, quarterly performance statements, and invoices. Partner with Investment, Legal, and Compliance teams to support client relationships and process improvements. Oversee junior team members to ensure all portfolio actions are executed timely and accurately. Requirements 13 years of professional experience, preferably in Investment Operations or Financial Services. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and strong analytical skills. An articulate self-starter with a "team player" mentality and a high degree of professional integrity. Ability to multi-task and maintain extreme attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
