Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Location: Olympia, WA Position: Full-Time Salary: $120K to $140K per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary: We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join a small, efficient team consisting of 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants. The office operates using Dentrix, and your role will include preventive care, patient education, and maintaining accurate records. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting consistent, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Complete prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance appointments Assess oral health and identify areas that need further evaluation Capture x-rays and maintain clear patient records Review medical histories and note changes before treatment Explain oral hygiene techniques and preventive care recommendations Assist with treatment planning by reporting findings to the dentist Apply preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants Requirements Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Active Washington Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Ability to take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements Previous experience in a dental office preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting Benefits PTO: 3 Weeks Health Insurance Dental Vision Bring your skills to a practice where your work can make a real difference every day.
