Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience managing software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies, QA processes, and .NET-based applications. This role requires strong coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery within timelines, and maintain high-quality standards across development and testing phases. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with .NET development teams, QA teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure adherence to testing methodologies, defect management, and quality standards. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and release schedules. Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, testers, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency. Ensure effective requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, and change management. Monitor team performance and ensure optimal resource utilization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in project management within software development environments. Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Understanding of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and defect tracking processes. Familiarity with .NET technology stack and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus. Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.
