Job Title: Sit-Down Assembly (1st or 2nd Shift) ($17-19/hr.) GREAT OVERTIME, EXCELLENT BENEFITS, AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITY Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for the 2nd shift, with the option for candidates to be considered for all positions involving similar skill sets. The positions may vary, and based on the interview, candidates will be selected for one specific role. This role requires reading work instructions to meet quotas and performing repetitive tasks while seated. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities Operate as a Gluing Operator, applying beads of glue to wires using a machine with ultraviolet light. Maintain attention to detail to meet quality standards. Use both hands and feet to operate the machine/pedal. Perform Shelling Cables tasks, connecting cables to a circuit board and applying plastic housing. Follow daily work orders for cable assembly and connect wires to circuit boards. Engage in Housing Cable Assembly by inserting wires into small plastic housings and crimping. Complete repetitive tasks according to work orders. Essential Skills Experience in visual inspection with high attention to detail. Prior experience working in a production or assembly line setting. Proficiency in assembling small parts. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with cables and electronics is a plus.
