Job Title Associate Sales Representative Reports to Area Vice President Work Location Remote - Based in Ohio Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week About Elucent Medical Elucent Medical is a medical device company focused on developing surgical navigation technologies, particularly for cancer surgery, to improve patient outcomes through precision and efficacy. Job Summary The Associate Sales Representative will work with their Area Director to focus on all of Elucent’s different acquisition options for the EnVisio technology. Individuals in this role will develop a pipeline in their respective geography, with the primary goal of cold calling to establish appointments for their Area Director. This individual will also ensure that all capital and service quotas are met on an annual basis. In addition to capital responsibilities, this individual will conduct product evaluations when needed and secure service contracts for all EnVisio systems in their territory. The role requires strong knowledge of Elucent’s technology (and competitive platforms) and clinical competence in breast and lung cancer disease states. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Job Responsibilities Work with Area Director to achieve regional capital sales goals and business objectives. Identify and target new accounts to expand the customer base by building champions with potential influencers, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving the sales process. Develop business plans to achieve annual sales quotas for capital equipment and revenue. Build key relationships with new and existing customers, providing clinical champions through frequent visits, sales demonstrations, and educational opportunities. Provide in‑case procedural support for evaluations with prospective hospitals/physicians and for current customers when needed. Act as a technical consultant to physicians in the procedure room. Launch, install, and implement new accounts. Communicate pricing and deliver budgetary proposals. Follow up on contracts. Manage all aspects of customer groups, which may include large hospital systems/IDNs/GPOs, teaching hospitals, city and community hospitals. Maintain an active commitment to compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and Elucent Guidelines on interaction with U.S. Healthcare Professionals. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree. 1‑5 years of medical device experience and/or business‑to‑business sales experience required; experience strongly preferred. Required Skills/Abilities Strong proven sales track record with documented growth and achievements. Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence, and selling skills. Capital equipment experience preferred. Experience introducing new products into the market. Physical Requirements / Work Conditions Capable of standing for multiple hours at a time. Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
