What You ll Do Deliver comprehensive primary care in a post-acute care setting Manage both acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice providers What We re Looking For Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, PA) Active New Mexico license (DEA preferred, not required) Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians Strong communication and patient-centered approach Schedule & Structure Flexible full-time schedule (3.5 5 days per week) Daytime, Monday through Friday No overnight call Compensation & Benefits Competitive fee-for-service structure with uncapped productivity potential Estimated compensation: $85,000 $105,000 annually Generous sign-on bonus Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, disability Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME and professional development support Career advancement opportunities, including local and national leadership pathways Why Farmington?
