Construction Superintendent Healthcare Projects Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Local or Traveling Candidates Considered) Company: The Fordy Group (on behalf of a leading General Contractor) The Fordy Group has partnered with a leading General Contractor to appoint an experienced Construction Superintendent to deliver major ground-up healthcare projects across the Phoenix area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected builder with a strong pipeline of complex healthcare work, ranging from $25M to $100M in value. The Role As Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Youll play a key leadership role coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and driving project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up healthcare projects Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, and Consultants Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting Oversee quality control and inspections throughout the build Requirements Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up healthcare projects Track record delivering projects in the $25M$100M range Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage complex, fast-paced job sites Location & Travel Preferred: Local to Phoenix, AZ Also considered: Traveling Superintendents open to project-based assignments Whats on Offer Competitive base salary + project bonuses Travel package (if applicable) Long-term pipeline of healthcare projects Opportunity to work with a leading, well-established GC Strong company culture with clear career progression If youre a driven Superintendent with healthcare experience looking to take on impactful, large-scale projects, wed love to hear from you.
