Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Location: Rainier, WA Position: Full-Time Salary: $120K to $140K per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary: We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care and support daily clinical operations in a Dentrix-based practice. You will work alongside 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants, helping deliver consistent care through cleanings, charting, x-rays, and patient education. Responsibilities: Perform patient cleanings and periodontal care based on treatment needs Review health histories and prepare patients for care Identify signs of gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other concerns Take x-rays and assist with diagnostic imaging needs Educate patients on oral hygiene routines and preventive habits Record clinical notes and chart existing conditions accurately Maintain sanitation, sterilization, and safety procedures Requirements Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Active Washington Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Ability to take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements Previous experience in a dental office preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting Benefits PTO: 3 Weeks Health Insurance Dental Vision Bring your skills to a practice where your work can make a real difference every day.
