Job Full Description Warehouse & Inventory Associate South Charlotte | Monday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview This role supports daily warehouse operations by handling product flow, maintaining accurate stock levels, and preparing customer orders for distribution. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and works with a strong focus on accuracy and safety. What You'll Do Process inbound and outbound shipments and ensure product movement is recorded correctly Enter received materials into the inventory system and keep records current Confirm quantities and documentation for all product entering or leaving the facility Check incoming items for damage and report issues as needed Pick, stage, and prepare products to match order requirements Apply correct identification labels and place items in designated storage locations Locate and manage various inventory items and warehouse supplies Load and unload trucks and vendor deliveries Perform cycle counts and assist with routine inventory audits Use forklifts and material-handling tools such as pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets safety and company standards What We're Looking For Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to be helpful Clear communication skills, both spoken and written Works efficiently and keeps projects moving forward Able to shift between tasks and manage priorities Consistently detail-oriented and accurate Self-directed and reliable Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience Comfortable using a computer; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday Schedule & Physical Requirements General warehouse environment Regular lifting, standing, and movement required Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Rock Hill, SC 1318 2032-B Cherry Road Love Plaza Rock Hill, SC 29732
