Well established organization with a long-standing reputation for serving the community Very close knit environment that recognizes hard work Small department with the opportunity to wear many different hats Hybrid work schedule with free parking access Responsibilities of the Benefits Specialist: Administration of benefits, including onboarding all new employees Being an expert on medical, dental, and other employee benefits and being able to speak to employees about their options Assisting with Open Enrollment period Responding to any HRIS inquiries, such as employee documentation Communicating with the benefits broker Background Expected of the Benefits Specialist: 2+ years' experience in a Human Resources position that includes benefits administration Experience with any HRIS system and Microsoft Excel required Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
