Location: 34-09 Queens Blvd, Long Island City, 11101 Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday) Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE Role: Ensures fast, accurate order fulfillment and a clean, organized warehouse so Gamer's Choice can deliver reliable & high-quality results to customers. The role keeps inventory flowing smoothly and directly supports the speed and consistency of daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule. Ensure products are packaged securely and meet quality standards. Prepare shipping labels and stage orders for carrier pickup. Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and efficient. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets functions Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Flexible and willing to take on new challenges as the business grows. Nice to haves: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience. Familiarity with POS or inventory management systems. Knowledge of trading card games (Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana). Results: Orders are packed accurately and shipped on time, reducing errors and customer complaints. Warehouse stays clean, organized, and easy to navigate, improving team efficiency and safety. Inventory counts remain consistently accurate, preventing stockouts and fulfillment delays. Daily workflow moves faster because materials, products, and supplies are always in the right place. Team operations run smoother thanks to reliable support during busy periods and high-volume days.
