Safety Shoe Reimbursement Competitive Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long Disability, and 401(K) with company match When you’ll work… Warehouse Associates are needed across all three shifts: 1st shift will work Monday through Saturday, 6am-2:30pm 2nd shift will work Monday through Saturday, 2:00pm-10:30pm 3rd shift will work Monday through Saturday, 10:00pm- 6:30am Where you’ll work… You’ll be based at our Jefferson, Wisconsin manufacturing facility, a fast-paced, high-tech plant that plays a key role in producing many of Palermo’s signature pizza brands. Our Jefferson team partners across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse operations to keep our lines running safely and efficiently. It’s a collaborative, hands-on environment where every role contributes to our success. What you’ll do…Receive inbound orders and put palleted product into freezer Case-pick outbound orders in a frozen environment, build pallets for shipping and load outgoing trucks Consistently verify inventory accuracy Manage time wisely to meet productivity goals Regular and on-time standards are the expectation Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of facility Why you’ll be successful…High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for scheduled shift Warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to pass Forklift Operator course and/or forklift certified. Requires a moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications Utilizing safe warehouse practices Team player with good communication skills, ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds. Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job you can expect to be consistently moving pallets of product in and out of freezer Lifting of product at various weights up to 30 pounds.
