Job Overview Requisition ID: 37080021 Client: New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (NYC H+H) Department: Corporate Payroll Operation (Central Office) Location: 50 Water Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10004 Duration: pril 20, 2026 - June 13, 2026 Base Bill Rate: $50.00 / hour Role & Responsibilities Primary Duties: Handle incoming/outgoing calls, answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Core Tasks: nswering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling general customer inquiries. Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours per week / 5 days a week). Requirements Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role. Skills: Bilingual (facility-specific requirements). Strong verbal/written communication and active listening. Extensive phone experience and high computer literacy. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Languages: Proficient in English (Speak, Read, Write).
