Precision Assembler Job Details Location: Hampton, VA Schedule & Pay Rate 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM): $23.10 - $23.80/hr 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM): $24.15 - $24.73/hr Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Monday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM): $23.10/hr Weekend Night Shift (Friday-Monday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM): $24.15/hr Precision Assembler Job Description Assemble electronic and mechanical components following standardized work instructions Test and inspect parts to ensure quality and proper functionality Read and follow manufacturing drawings, SOPs, and work instructions Use microscopes and small hand tools for detailed, finepart assembly Perform soldering of small components when required Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety rules, company policies, and supervisor direction Perform routine, repetitive tasks that may vary by production needs Overtime may be required Precision Assembler Job Requirements Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (1+ year) High school diploma or GED Strong handeye coordination and attention to detail Ability to use microscopes and small hand tools Comfortable with precision, repetitive work Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items Steeltoe shoes required Willingness to train on another shift if required PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
