Our goal is simple: we want every patient to feel cared for, comfortable, and confident in their smile.In this role, you’ll provide high-quality hygiene care, educate patients, and work closely with our doctor and team to create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. If you’re warm, upbeat, and take pride in excellent clinical care, we would love to meet you!ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visitReview medical history, take vitals as needed, and document accuratelyPerform cleanings (prophy/perio maintenance), srp , and support periodontal healthTake digital X-rays and maintain thorough chart notesApply fluoride treatments and provide patient education on oral hygiene and home careAssist the dentist during hygiene examsMaintain sterilization/infection control standards and follow HIPAA/OSHA guidelinesHelp create a calm, friendly, and supportive environment for patients and teammatesQualificationsCurrent Registered Dental Hygienist license1–2+ years experience preferred (new grads welcome if you’re a strong fit!)Strong understanding of infection control, HIPAA, and dental safety protocolsFriendly communication style, dependable, and a true team playerAble to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motionsWhy Join Us?We truly value our hygienists and believe great work should be recognized.
