Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Join a dedicated team at a premier healthcare facility in Findlay, Ohio, where you can be part of providing exceptional care to patients in Northwest and Central Ohio. We are seeking both part-time and full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to integrate into our well-established practice, committed to delivering high-quality anesthesia services. Job Responsibilities: Self-scheduling, with options for 8-hr or 12-hr shifts, as part-time or full-time employment. Practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, or Findlay Surgery Center, with the flexibility to choose between these locations. Handle a variety of anesthesia cases across multiple specialties, ensuring the ability to maintain skills. Engage in equitable call schedules alongside a collaborative care team model. Work alongside a supportive team of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs. Participate in various specialties including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, low-risk obstetrics, and urology. Receive one-on-one mentoring from physicians if new to the field. Permanent positions available, with potential residency in the local area. Open to 1099 candidates with relocation options discussed during the interview process.
