Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay: $19–$20 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist customers with account-related questions Research and resolve issues accurately and efficiently Document customer interactions in company systems Navigate multiple platforms while providing support Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care Qualifications: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and comfortable using computer systems Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm.
