Customer Service Representative Location: Lakewood, WA Position Status: Full Time, Hourly Position Location: Onsite Salary: $21 to $26 Depending on Experience About The Position A Customer Service Representative at Print NW oversees projects from beginning to end and acts as the main link between customers, sales representatives, and production teams. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple projects at once, making sure deadlines are met Stay in regular contact with both customers and sales representatives Work closely with Sales to confirm customer needs and expectations are understood Keep customers informed with updates and respond to questions Send and obtain approval on proofs before production Identify potential issues early and suggest solutions Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice Position Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent Related Experience: Commercial printing experience is a bonus but not a requirement Required Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detail Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity Physical Demands: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation Periodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departments Occasionally required to lift and move materials, products samples, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds Benefits: Health Benefits 401k Match Paid Holidays and Vacation Ongoing Training and Coaching Opportunities A rewarding and supportive culture that promotes a healthy work/life balance Print NW: is the largest commercial printer in South Sound and the seventh largest in Washington State.
