Assembly Operator | Weekly Pay Join our team as an Assembly Operator, where you will play a vital role in manufacturing thermostats, sensors, control panels, and other electro-mechanical components. You will work on a cell production floor, using hand and light power tools to assemble products according to detailed work instructions. Responsibilities Assemble products using hand tools and light power tools. Follow detailed work instructions for each order. Build, test, and pack products in designated cells. Collaborate with warehouse workers to receive materials. Cross-train in various areas of the production floor to enhance skills. Essential Skills Production experience Ability to stand for 8 hours Basic computer skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with hand and power tools Familiarity with work instructions Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
